Full Time STATIONARY RV LIVING TOUR! Ever wonder what it would be like to live in an RV Park (Stationary RVing)? I’ve been Living in an RV Park for over a year and wanted to take you on a “Stationary RV Tour” so you can see my full time stationary RV living setup! Full Time RV Living Stationary has it’s pros and cons. But, after seeing my Stationary RV SetUp you’ll be excited to start stationary full time RV life.

This is not like any RV Park Tour you’ve been on before! I’m taking you on a Full Time RV Living Tour of my little motorhome resort here on the island I live on. Because there is a difference between Full time RV Living on the road traveling vs full time stationary RV life. 00:00:04 [Music] [Music] so i know you’ve been wanting to go on a tour of my stationary rv live so i figured we’d start bright and early in the morning because it actually looks beautiful outside i was just taking the dogs out and i wanted you to see how gorgeous my backyard is okay so that is the backyard in the morning so that is my sun rise that i get to see but i’m going to show you the rest of the backyard whenever it gets daylight here in just a second so i know we have some sleepers inside so i’m not trying to bother everybody but

00:01:36 about to do the rest of the tour are you ready are you excited oh my gosh i have been promising you this for the longest time so we are out here in the rv park and we have birdie and milo here that are really excited and they want to go inside so they’re going to go inside and we’re going to let her go inside so this is their little yard that’s what we do birdie and them have their yard bernie and milo have their yard out here and then they go inside so yes we have a yard so i’m going to show you around out here and hopefully bertie

00:02:14 and then will let me get through this tour without bothering us okay so this is the rv park yay this is my backyard so i know this is probably not our typical backyard but i figured i’ll just show you around so what you get here at this rv park where i’m at is you get from power pole to power pole so what that means is we get from this power pole to this power pole over here so you can see we use all of our space so we go all the way to this power pole here so i get everything that is in this yard so this is my yard

00:03:04 that you can see and um then i have my neighbors so my neighbors are like literally right here thankfully they’re gone right now or they’d be like why she recording but they totally know i record stuff so i figured i’ll just show you the rv spot here so this is the walk around tour so this is my stationary rv living tour but um you can see i parked my car in the front and these are my hookups so you know i have my power and this is the extra water so we can water the grass and put out the fire and then i have my

00:03:39 water hose and my sewer line so those are my hookups and that’s really all i need here um at the rv park and then i have my car up front which i’ll show you my car i figure people are going to be watching me do this tour you can see we put these little lights in so it looks really cute at night [Music] so we put these little lights in and then for those of you that don’t know i actually have a white smart car now not a blue smart car so this is really where i stay here at the rv park but this is

00:04:25 this side of the rv so this is actually like my neighbor’s yard and um yeah so we’re here we’re tripping on stuff i’m tripping on stuff that’s why i don’t give these tours because i’m in trouble and stuff so okay so we get power pull to power pole you can see we use up every square footage of our area here so i do have a larger yard thankfully and i have my dock so i get really from my dock all the way to where my car is at so um it’s kind of just about being courteous but this is what i wanted to show y’all is just

00:05:05 really my setup here so this is the outside setup i do have a dock i have a boat i’ll show you on the other side but i do have my paddle boat so i have my paddle boat here and then i have all this stuff that lights up at night we have our grill um this is our actually this is our campfire and a grill it’s our pop-up pit and then we actually have another grill under here and then we have this is another little tent like this tent here so this tent is for my hot tub and of course we have our umbrella and it

00:05:38 lights up so sometimes it’s kind of loud with the trucks going by but you get the point so this is my hot tub here that i get in and you’ve probably seen this in some of my posts on social media but really it’s 104 degrees up in there okay i don’t know if you can see that or not but it is 104 degrees in this hot tub so i like to come out here and get in my hot tub in the mornings it’s really cool because i can just watch the lake and i’m here at the rv park and it’s kind of funny sometimes because

00:06:41 people are coming by in the boats so that’s really funny but yeah this is my setup here so we have the rv i’m gonna take you to the other side next but this is the backyard my dock we usually can just get in our boat and go or the paddle board and the other good thing is that the boat ramp is like on the other side of this boat so just on the other side of this trailer we can actually put the boat in so let me show you oh and i haven’t shown anybody this yet so i thought that’s kind of cool this when you become stationary in your

00:07:14 rv and you start living this is what happens you get things like that’s the dog pool so we have a dog pool pop-up dog pool so everything goes with us except for the paddle boat so the grill the pit maybe that umbrella even the dog house actually collapses but there’s spider webs in there so we’ll have to get a new dog house but um stationary rv life that’s what happens pros and cons which i have a video coming out about so make sure that you subscribe and hit the bell icon so you’re notified each and every time i publish a new

00:07:49 video and i know i’m looking like crooked now but this is really my rv life so this is our lawn mower that doesn’t require a mower but since we decided to fence in the yard we had to get um this manual lawn mower so maybe some of you know but this really does cut the grass just just cutting along and it just cuts the grass so it’s super old school but um they won’t cut our grass now since we fenced it all in plus we don’t want them cutting our grass but we put this fence up we like to have this for the dogs

00:08:35 and then um we’ll just leave them out here let them use the bathroom so okay and then we put down this like we made this all like fancy and naveen killed the grass so we’ve been trying to grow our grass back but okay so fire pit keep some firewood down here so this becomes a lot more stationary whenever you start living here we have this lovely garage this is our newest addition to the fam or the park and i’m sure actually i know that our neighbors always are asking like what’s next i’ve already heard that so we are

00:09:12 i like to say the mansion on the island but i know that sounds horrible i don’t mean it like that but we are this big they always say oh the big buzz and it’s like their rvs are bigger than ours some of the fifth wheeler so that’s kind of crazy but um we have our garage i’ll show you what we got up in here um we have our moped so yes this is like you can ride this around it’s super loud and annoying so we don’t really i don’t really ride it a lot i actually have never ridden it to be honest but it’s here so we keep it

00:09:44 locked up everything here stays on lockdown this is our jet mate our kawasaki jet mate so this was our new little boat that we got and it’s so cute and honestly the only reason that we bought this boat was for our dogs so we wanted to make sure that our dogs could travel in the boat with us and we thought about getting jet skis and we thought about a boat but we have this and it’s super cute and the dogs love it and they can just sit right here in the seat and hang out on the side and they just

00:10:16 really love it so this is our jet mate um and then naveen’s fan and i even have a mailbox over here so i’m actually gonna have to walk around to show you and i’m sure my neighbors are probably like this is recording this is super weird so see i told you that i keep my smart car here and then we really do use up all of our square footage so i’m going to show you exactly what i’m talking about again and we put this little tree here to make it look cute so there’s my little hot tub and there’s the tree and this all lights

00:10:53 up at night but power pole to power pole so we go all the way back over to this other power pole to this power pole so this is kind of like our square footage and then from here to the water where our dock is but this is the other side so you can see the rv we kind of pack it up in here and just fit everything and then let me show you what we got over here in our garage so you can see our cute little boat cute little boat oh and it has these little swim platforms on it if i can point back here back there

00:11:36 and we um have some more toys up in here so i was gonna show you what we have in here and i should have a light i don’t know if it’ll come on if it’s dark enough or not but we’re here in my garage so we actually just got a new mattress so i’m actually trying to get rid of this mattress um i tried to give it away in the trailer park or rv park and i couldn’t really find anybody so still looking for that but queen size mattress um bimini top we just got this today and i’m so sad that envy made us take it off

00:12:12 the boat so mattress um bomani top paddle board inflatable paddleboard and then this is my swim mats this is the other thing that being here on the lake you really want to have these swim mats because you don’t want to touch the lake water or if you’re like me you don’t want to touch the light water and then we usually actually the only reason we bought this garage a lot of people think we bought this for my smart car but we bought this for the boat so nevin bought the boat and then bought this garage

00:12:45 to put the boat in so you know a piece of the fence some some other stuff and our chairs so if we go and have a campfire or something like that then we will you know pull that out so that’s really my backyard so um yeah i guess i’ll show you the inside of the place and what i’ve done on the inside and i was thinking about one more thing i wanted to tell you so i have this beautiful lake and a lot of people they have windows in the back of their rv but they’ll see out the back of their rv and the

00:13:26 best thing about my rv is that i have this drop down gate so it drops down and makes a patio and can actually hang out here and overlook the lake and this is like my backyard so other people have these porches and a lot of them have these little porches that they build and they’ll put them all up again so you can see even over here so when you become stationary depending on the rv part that you’re in everybody here has these little porches so they put these little porches on their trailers so that they can hang out

00:14:04 outside of their trailers and a lot of people you’ll see they have patios back behind their trailers all back through here so everybody kind of has a dock not everybody but a lot of people have docks and then i have this patio here or my thor outlaw 2018 thor outlaw 37 rb toy hauler which i do have a tour of below this video but um i did or am going to show you the inside of everything here okay so i showed you the outside of the rv so i wanted to show you the inside of my rv you’re probably normally used to seeing me here in the

00:14:42 studio slash my office space office space slash my garage so this is probably where you normally see me and i’m like hey i’m vlogging randy and so this wall is just wallpaper that i’ve put up and um yeah so the garage goes down that overlooks the lake and then i have my stationary bike so this looks a little crazy right now honestly because this is what happens the garage becomes just a space for everything to go but since we’ve been able to go to the gym and other things i don’t have to use my bike

00:15:20 in here and i even have a portable treadmill down under here so it folds up but um this is really just my office space and um i have wallpaper on one side of the wall and i don’t have wallpaper on this side of the wall which is hilarious i think it’s hilarious but i can hang out back here or we can drop the back down and have the patio and you know i have my recording and then i have this little curtain so if the back’s down or if i’m back here and we want to close off the lights or anything then i just kind of keep this

00:15:53 closed off so there is this sliding door that goes into the bedroom like i’ve shown y’all my house have to turn that down you can’t record in rvs with fans and things on so upstairs is a loft where naveen kind keeps his clothes and then of course i dominate the rest of the closet and then my bedroom so this um i love this comfort this is my camp camp casual i think is what it’s called but i love this comforter and i got this on amazon um i put a link to all my favorites in a video that i did for

00:16:59 i’ve done since i’ve been stationary other than put down like these um carpets i put down but okay if we weren’t if i was gonna move hey does that fall i’m i’m recording right now um if i was gonna move then all of this would have to go down and um i’d have to put down like all that stuff in the back and the car would go in there so that’s kind of like the downside since we’ve been stationary and then we’ve kind of racked up a lot of other random things but i would have this vacuum here and um even you know some of this stuff

00:17:35 i might have to put up and down so these are just like clothing and hats and dog stuff but um just a peeky in the bathroom because for those of you that haven’t seen um this is not bra and underwear this is my bathing suit okay bathing suit um but we have our toilet paper too we made sure that we have all of our toilet paper up there so that’s out there and then um really the other good thing is this is my my shower area so that section’s off like i told you i had a whole tour of it but i wanted to show

00:18:12 you kind of like what i’ve done since i’ve been stationary so the difference things that i’ve done since i’ve been stationary is mainly like this right here you can um roll it around so that’s like the dog stuff and then um the other stuff is i just got this little rack which is cute which doesn’t really have to do with stationery and i’m sorry that things are messy but you wanted to see a tour so this is my stationary life when you move around when you’re actually traveling and you’re moving then you don’t have all this

00:18:44 chaos that goes on so we’ve kind of piled up things here but um i did pick up this little trash caddy here it’s really cute you put this little trash bag on it and it hangs and i know of course that’s great for the video i didn’t do that but trash bag i usually keep these outside because ants we get ants in here really really bad if we do not keep everything put up put up and away and so the other thing i was going to show you since i’ve been stationary also this looks like chaos but it’s actually beautiful chaos

00:19:11 but everything goes in bags and and stays tucked away and this would probably be okay if we moved um just not like this stuff up here but this would um i keep this all sealed because the ants get in here and i actually made a video about how i keep spiders and bugs out of my rv which i’ll drop a link to below this video in the description that you can check out after this video and so um what else i got this little dish rack thing i thought this was cute and i’ll share these in a christmas video i have coming up about all these

00:19:44 but i got this um that ac is gonna come on of course when i’m recording let’s see if i can get that to go off because we don’t need to deal with that but i have this um mug not mug chris uh coffee maker that ac is making me crazy the coffee maker so i just got this keurig coffee maker of course these all would go away none of this stuff would stay up here but i just wanted you to see like my stationery set up and i have a little stove underneath here it’s a not infrared is it infrared i don’t know it’s not

00:20:19 infrared but the pots and pans it’s an electric stove top so induction induction not infrared induction and i have some other little things i’ve gotten like some space-saving knives these knives are really nice they save space and um i think these flowers are beautiful so they probably need a little love right now but envy got me these flowers so these are really cute these are called kaleidoscope flowers he got me these um from 1-800 flowers and i do not have any affiliation or anything like that yet

00:20:53 but um i might need some so what else the the biggest things really was stationary is that all this stuff would have to go all this would have to go but we have picked up and for the record i don’t really drink much but i do want to show you these because i have not popped these one of my friends wes got me this beautiful bottle of champagne for my birthday and i was like i’m gonna just save it and pop it at the rv and i never did so it’s still here and then um this big bottle i don’t think this is a magnet

00:21:25 but it’s just a bigger bottle of champagne i was gonna pop when i got a thousand subscribers and then it became two thousand or three thousand i don’t know so one day i’m gonna pop these bottles when i have a subscriber shout out party so i don’t know i’m at i think three thousand almost now so maybe we’ll do it either at three thousand or five thousand or ten thousand i don’t know so okay um what else so all this stuff really has to get put away the only reason that i have these things right here

00:22:01 i’m so glad that that ac went off so hopefully you could hear me here but all this stuff my i love my soda stream so i love sparkling water if you don’t know that that’s my my soda stream um envy changed out the sink so that was nice had a couple water leaks but we fixed those um my dish rack and all of this stuff all of this stuff so coffee maker kaleidoscope flowers from 1800 flowers.com that envy got me um my bottles of champagne that i’m gonna pop eventually for my subscribers that i keep saying

00:22:34 i’m gonna pop and so the microwave stopped working and that’s when we got all this other stuff so we actually just keep drinks in this fridge and then i can get the microwave fix it’s just takes a little bit of work um it is covered under warranty but this is like a six or eight hundred dollar microwave it’s a convection oven so um this fridge is just for drinks i do have a fridge over here like a whole residential fridge and then um we got this toaster oven so we’d use the toaster oven a lot i got this other

00:23:16 microwave to substitute my other microwave and then um i have this is like our chaotic table so i hate to show you this because this is how chaotic this looks but this is kind of where we hang out a lot so we hang out here this is our mess and this is our printer and our office so when we’re on the road this is like our definite thing that we go to we even got this um air conditioner slash heater so that’s something i have this heater that’s here and i have this fan slash heater so i have a lot and then this is

00:23:50 kind of like my office space up here in the front especially if we were moving this would be where i would i guess hang out so this would be you know our driving area but this is what it looks like while we’re stationary so i’m either in the back recording back there or up front in here so really i just wanted you to see you know i have these carpets i’d probably pick these up if we were moving i’d have to get all this stuff off and um move some stuff around but that slide out would come in and this slide out
