It’s 2020, and in case you missed it RVersity is moving to Las Vegas with absolutely no pre planning YIKES. The best part is we’re almost there! This is episode seven of the Road Trip in my 2018 Thor Outlaw 37RB Toy Hauler Class A motorhome.

Now, we’re in Laughlin, Nevada hooked up at the KOA Campground (Avi RV Park) connected to the Avi Hotel Casino. We decided to plug up for a few days, charge up the RV batteries and take showers since we’ve been dry camping at the Casino. Next… we found a place to stay in Las Vegas and are about to go get checked in!

00:00:23 today Thursday so we left Tuesday of last week from Atlanta actually we left Atlanta like on Sunday to go to Alabama for a few days and prep the RV and then we left Alabama and we traveled through every state imaginable on i-40 West headed to Vegas so we’re in Laughlin which is a little bit south of Vegas and honestly it’s kind of cool because where we’re at anytime we want to go get food or do anything we actually have to cross over the river and go into Arizona to get like food or gas and the time

00:01:46 changes so there are our ahead literally like a mile down the street so it’s really cool it’s super beautiful here [Music] the view from the RV here in Laughlin Nevada we’re at the KOA so pretty beautiful here in the RV and we’ve been looking for a place to stay in Vegas and I’m so excited that finally we found it place so we’re gonna be staying at the K away in Las Vegas and I am so excited this chick named Melinda I think her name is helped us out and hooked us up with a spot and I’m just excited that we

00:02:40 have a place to stay now and know we’re not gonna be homeless because we were gonna be homeless before I’ll turn this way that way we have like we are not homeless anymore and we’re checking in today we’re gonna go get the RV wash on the way we’ve been here at this KOA in Laughlin Nevada for two days and then we were camping in the casino parking lot for like three days before that and then we were traveling across the country the rest of the time so now we are gonna have a home in Vegas and we can start

00:03:16 you know planning the rest of everything else because this was the blend that we had we had no plane we just said we’re going to Vegas and we need a place to stay and little did we know that it’s like Snowbird season and everybody needs a place to stay and these people literally can book a spot and keep it for 48 you can cancel up until 48 hours before your reservation oh and you may not have any fee or if you have a fee it’s like 10 or 50 bucks and you can make these reservations like a year in

00:03:44 advance so I didn’t really make any reservations I just kept calling until I found something a lot of prayers will be answered today we’re gonna Bluff us to our full hookups it’s gonna be a spot where we can actually like lay the patio out and the crazy thing is my dad is actually coming this weekend really gonna get these videos going and trying to do like a vlog every day I didn’t vlog yesterday but we do have this beautiful spot here and I’ve never been to a pullin spot so if you notice we pulled in the RV so

00:04:20 that was kind of cool that we pulled in the RV but this is what we’re doing in Vinton went to mail some packages at the post office before we load the car in so I’m supposed to be preparing the inside of the RV to Gary to go which is not that much to do I wash the dishes already so right now we just seem to like dump the tanks and load the car and head out get the car and get the RV washed all the way cuz it’s gonna be sitting for a while and then work on everything else we have going on this morning I was working on
