We are still in Biloxi, Mississippi and the Cajun RV Park and the adventure is never ending. Today, I asked Chris to turn the water on and let’s just say this video is about what not to do in an RV. I’ve been RVing and transitioning to full time RV living for a few years. Sometimes I forget what RV living has taught me and all the RV mistakes I used to make as an RV newbie. Camping and living in an RV can be humbling. Every new rver makes their fair share of newbie RV mistakes. In this video, I’m sharing a few RV tips for the RV life, RV Beginners, and RV newbie mistakes. This is Day 7 of Camping With Chris Van Life RV Adventure!

00:00:00 so I don’t know if you can see this beautiful RV park that we’re in and the beach is actually no joke like right hold on like there it’d be just like right there you just might not be able to see it but I’m sitting in the RV and working on the computer but I did want to give you an update of kind of like what’s been going on we’re here at the Cajun RV park here in Biloxi Mississippi and it’s been super crazy when you travel with other people and they’re not you starving it’s kind of like hard to argue with them because they don’t understand the slide-out

00:00:44 versus awning and all of the stuff that goes along with it and I forget that I’ve been doing this for a minute and this is kind of like my home so I’m pretty used to moving around in it but it does get frustrating traveling with people because I’m like how do you not know that I mean just this morning we asked him like gave specific instructions said hey please turn the water on make sure it’s on that Stern like look at the instructions on the wall because if you turn the knob one way it says normal and if you turn the

00:01:11 other way it says tankful no joke it was already on where it needed to be and we said it’s probably where it needs to be you probably don’t need to turn it but just look a bad idea I go over there well actually a few minutes later he’s like oh my god there’s water coming from everywhere under the RV no shit Sherlock it’s cuz you turn the damn thing the wrong way okay so I’m trying to be quiet cuz they’re on the other side but no joke whenever I came we’re about to leave but whenever I came out this morning this

00:01:36 water was turned on well actually what it is is we told Chris to turn the water on and he turned we took turned that water on from the pipe and then come over here under the RV and lift this up and look at what this sentence so if you look it literally says tank fill and normal on here and that means when it’s normal the water goes in but when you put it on tank fill the water will fill if the water is on from this house so the point of my conversation is that it says on here what it means and I’m trying to figure out like if we told you

00:02:17 the instructions why did you do it the other way and then water went everywhere and he went all over the shoes and it wasn’t really that big of a deal it was just the fact that I don’t know why people can’t follow instructions or especially person trying to teach about RV it’s kind of hard so you turn the water to go into the tank instead of actually come through the pipes in the RV so you filled up the freshwater tank on the RV which is kind of just it filled it completely up so we’re gonna have to let the water out now but anyways long story
